Rewinit LENS

Answers from your organisation’s knowledge.

We are developing an assistant to help teams find information in their organisation’s instructions and procedures. LENS is intended to show the sources behind answers and respect each person’s document access.

Delivery preparation

As of 28 October 2026

Scope defined. Next step: delivery.

We have prepared the project identity, first-version scope and acceptance criteria. The next stage is to build and verify the described journey with a partner. Timing will be agreed for the selected deployment.

Prepared
Scope and identity
01 / Next stage
Import one document collection, search with source citations and two access levels.
02 / Planned stage
Partner pilot

Service and technical teams working with scattered instructions, procedures and internal materials.

Where do we begin?

The answer exists, but finding it means searching several folders or asking a colleague. The first LENS version will focus on one controlled document collection and questions about its contents.

What will the first version include?

01 / LENS

Sources beside answers

Answers are intended to link to specific document passages that a person can verify.

02 / LENS

Knowledge within permissions

Search will cover only materials the signed-in person is authorised to access.

03 / LENS

Controlled freshness

Document changes and withdrawals will be reflected in subsequent answers.

Planned outcome

Search covers the instruction collection available to this role.

An example scenario using prepared data. This presentation illustrates the planned process; it does not operate external systems.

A plan that leads to deployment.

Each stage follows verification of the previous outcome. The pilot scope will be agreed with a partner.

A control question set has reviewed answers and sources; unsupported answers are flagged, and another role’s documents never enter the response.

  3. 02

    Planned stage

    Partner pilot

Knowledge owners assess answers; test document withdrawal and attempts to cross access boundaries.
